Default Worth upgrading.

Worth upgrading? (forgot ? in topic title, sorry)

Currently i have a few computers i would like to be seen upgraded. Firstly i am planning on building a mini itx custom computer in an xbox case. It uses intel mobile processors. Is it worth it to get the intel merom clock @ 2.33 ghz for the money, or stick with the cheaper 2.00 or 2.16 ghz clock. Is there any better cpu's coming out for laptops that i should wait for. Also i was planning to upgrade some computers to conroes. conroes @ 2.4ghz are pretty cheap now. Should i stick with them, go higher, or wait for anything coming in the future.
Thanks

Well, the differences between the Core 2 Duo chips is only the frequency. The 2.16ghz(E6400?) should do the job but if the 2.4(E6600?) is not that much more expensive, you could go for it.
