my question... Is is worth it to go sli with the 260 gtx video card ive heard mixed answers and i just want to know your opinions?/QUOTE]
It depends on the res. of your monitor, if you have a 1920x1200+ panel, then by all means, go for it. But it's not worth if for lower resolutions.

I am personally doing fine with an HD 4850 @ 1920x1600 (22", CRT FTW!)

This one isn't bad, but its definitely not great when compared to a phenom 2. As far as intel CPU's go, its very good without spending a fortune.

I liked the old Q6600. What ever happened to that?

The Q6700's are great for performance and overclockability. You will definitely like it.

Almost no one sells the Kentsfields anymore. Q66's are off the market practically; Just the Q67's left. And the newer Q8/9 Yorkfield series.
