For graphic designers and such Apple > PC

are PowerMac G5's can have up to 16GB of RAM.

Plus OS 10 has all of your rendering filters (dissolve etc) pre loaded for for you.

If you have never used a Apple and know nothing about it then you really can not pick witch one you like best or which one is best for graphics.
