My wife completed a 15 page paper last night for her master's class. She saved it to a floppy and went to email it to her professor, but then couldn't access it. It's there, as it reads 122KB on the disk. When I call it up I get:
The document name or path is not valid. Try these suggestions. *Check the file permissions for the document or drive.
*Use the File Open dialogue box to locate the document.
(A:\Nameofdocument.doc)
I have no idea what "file permissions" are and have used the "File Open" on Word. Are we out of luck?
