Default Wma question

I just got my first mp3 player. You can store more songs on the player if I use the wma format. So I put all my wma's in one folder and is there anyway I can balance the volume on all the songs. So when you play them on the player I don't have keep raising and lowering the volume. I don't know if there are any programs that I can run my wma's through. Thank you

Try searching through a search engine for free volume equalizers. I found alot of free audio software like that.
