yes, but for the sake of your daugther im not giong to tell you how. she has her right to her privacy, if you truly feel she is doing something you dont want her doing, than talk to her about it, dont just spy on her

true i am afraid i agree, i would talk to her, or at least tell her you are monitoring what she is doing? if you just want to know what time she is going on e.g when she should be in bed i dont think that is to much of an invasion of her privacy. or if you want to know what she has been looking at just look at her internet history etc.

It's his daughter, she is a minor (I'm guessing) and he is paying the bills. He can do it if he wants.

I don't know about monitoring, but if there are specific sites you want banned, you can restrict them in your router if you have one. Some routers are rumored to be able to block types of sites as well.

{Edit} You may want to take the logs on the program with a grain of salt. If you daughter is tricked (disguised link) onto a porn site or something, she may not even know what she is clicking until it's too late. The best option imo would be to get a program that takes a screen shot every few seconds, that way you will know if it's her or a joke from a friend.

@ People who are saying that you shouldn't be monitoring content:

You apparently haven't been a parent, or uncle or person in an authoritative position over a minor. They need monitoring and guidance. In the same manner that you don't let your underage children go to R-Rated movies, go out on unattended dates, drink, etc... you shouldn't let them browse certain websites (porn, social networking sites etc...). What sites you don't want them to be browsing is up to the parent, but its part of being a responsible parent.

If you don't do these things, then you're not being responsible. You are underestimating the amount of trouble and the amount of problems that can arise from young people being unleashed on the internet unmonitored.

@OP: Try netnanny, or you could keylog/trojan her computer.
