Wireless card problems

Got a wireless card (PCI) that i have put into my laptop and installed the latest drivers and software from Netgear's website.

The trouble im having is that when I restart the laptop the card is no longer recognised and does not want to work. Device manager show the device as an orange explanation mark in a triangle and PCMCIA MTD-0002.

When I pull the card out and put it back in it recognises it again and works a charm

Any ideas ?

Does your laptop of a switch to enabled and disabled the wireless card? Make sure you have the latest drivers installed for your wireless card.
