Which Wireless card ANTENNA to get??

I have a D-link DWL-G510 wireless card and I need a more powerful antenna. Also, how much of a difference does the extra dBi gain make? Anyone know of a good antenna that doesn't cost so much? Also how much dBI gain should I get you think, at least 8 or what? Thanks for any help.
