Wire Disconnection Mishap (Need Help)

I got a new graphics card and power supply today. I was pretty excited and have never disconnected a power supply before, so I started unhooking wires. In my excitement, I failed to pay close enough attention and disconnected wires that weren't even hooked to the power supply and I have no idea how exactly those wires were placed. So now my computer won't start and I'd really rather not have to send it to someone.
The connectors for the wires I disconnected are:
LPC_Debug (11 pins)
Below that is F_USB 3 (5 pins)
To the right of that is F_USB 2 (10 pins)
Finally to the right of that is F_USB 1 which is identical to 2.
The wires themselves are:
Two blackheaded, single row, five pin, one with blue tape and the other with black.
Four pin, single row, whitehead.
A two row white that looks like it would fit perfectly into F_USB 1 or 2.
The computer model is an HP Pavilion HPE h8-1010.

Is that helpful at all, can anyone help me whatsoever? (Tried pictures by the way, couldn't get anything that showed up with any clearness.) Oh and also, I put back the original parts, and I'm certain that those are both connected right. It's definitely the freaking wires not being where they should be.

Just a tip when you mod a pc do it slowly and remember how to put it back together... Find a wire mapping chart on google
