yeh when you come to install windows again it will ask you which drive you would like to install it on, all you do is select the new drive and it formats it and installs windows, depending on how you have your drives set up you might have to change which drive is the first boot drive, if you have sata you do this in the bios, if its ide you do it on the drive its self using the jumpers and i think in the bios aswel

cuz my first HD is 30GB (thats what it says on the HD itself.. but in "My Computer" it says 20GB).. the one i just put in is 120GB so thats y i wanna switch my default drive...
