I think that once you create additional accounts, Administrator is automatically "hidden" and one of the accounts has to have administrative rights. I think what you'll have to do is have an account thats limited and one thats got administrative rights (with the proper Administrator account hidden)

You cannot create an account called "administrator" anyway but your if you log on to administrator and delete the accounts from there.

That isn't true, you can create an account who's name is whatever you want. You can have the account name be "administrator". I know that you are new here but just a piece of advice read the whole thread first before posting.
