Default Windows XP Startup Menu

I have these programs in my startup menu. I was wondering if anyone can tell me what they are and if they can be removed. Since I got them on my computer, it's been running a little slow.

gcasServ
gcasDTServ
SNDMon
RSENDCLient
AGRSMMSG
gzexbv

Any ideas?

Download Adaware and see what it comes up with. They all sound like Spyware.
