Hi guys! I have recently been on wincustomize, and I was wondering if anyone could tell me what software I would need to create my own skin? It looks like anyone could upload their creations to wincustomize, but I have no idea on where to start on getting the software :S I'm guessing you have to pay for it, but then again, I'm probably wrong!
ANY information on this would be highly appreciated!
