Angry Windows XP and nVidia graphics cards

seems its a common problem i have a budget games machine i put together it works very well apart from when i decided to use xp.

specs are Amd Athalon 1900 mhz
512 mb ram
40gb 7200 hd
nVidia Geforce mx4000 128mb
pioneer dvd rom drive
onboard ac97 sound
hp pavilion mx70 monitor.

As i say was running xp and was forever locking up on these 2 games

GTA3 and GTA vice city

so i halved the ram stuck 98 in its place and its fine.

microsoft need top sort out xps problem with nVidia cards.
