Windows Xp

[Comps Broke]

I have another computer and i do not know whats wrong with it...when it turns on it goes to the windows XP home edition screen and where that little bars suppose to go by it sez please wait and the screen never changes
PM me the answer if u could because i wont probably find this thread again
