Windows Vista Administrator problem

It is annoying really, i tryd to download files from a raipidshare website and i get a error message saying i dont have the privilidge to download or to install these files . Then i go to control panel user accounts to change account type to standard user, it is not allowing me to do it anymore but it used to, could anyone help me please to get back into standard user settings?.

Log on as your computer administrator. I don't have alot of experience with Vista, but I believe there is still a safe mode that you can use the back door on to gain access to the invisible admin account. Once you're in, change your account to admin status. Try that and get back to us.

When ever i run or install a program on vista i right click on the program icon, whatever and click 'run as admininstrator' that should work then.

You could also turn off user account control or UAC for short but i would rather leave it on
