I have a prob on 2 of my comps where you go to start it and it begins to load windows, then it starts rapidly beeping and then it comes up with a black screen that says:
While intilizing device VKD:
Windows protection error. You need to restart your computer.
I can override it by hitting insert as the beeping begins and it will continue startring windows. But it's really annoying and i just want it to start normally. i've tried putting in several different HDDs, after putting in a diff HDD it will start normally for a little while but it will soon start acting up again. i need to fix this comp for my grandmother, but something always seems to go wrong.
Edit: after i restart the comp it starts normally, but once I shut it down and turn it back on it will act up again.
