windows not recognizing Powercolor 9250

I wouldn't know since I don't have a mobo that comes with onboard video, but I would imagine that it would be somewhere in Onboard Devices or something like that (just read your manual since it HAS to have it) then locate the chip and disable it, then exit while saving.
