windows movie maker and indexing error...

hello....i got a captured .wmv file from movie maker that i made...and i get this error everytime i try to import it to movie maker 2...

"The file X:\XXX 4.wmv is not indexed and cannot be imported."

i have done some google searching and i found that:

"try re-indexing the wmv file with the Windows File Manager..."

how can i do that so i can import the movie into movie maker, thanks
