Windows Mobile Animated Background

I have a Windows Mobile 6 device, (Samsung BlackJack,Cingular) and I was wondering if it is possible to put a video as a background on my phone (like some Verizon phones can) Like is there a software to do that?? Please help! Thanks a lot!
