Default windows media ??

is windows media player capable of copying to a dvd? my kids have downloaded something from limewire and would like to put it to a dvd.
when they try this they get an unknown error mesage!
they have a dvd rw in their tower, it plays dvds perfectly well. they have never recorded a dvd before so as much detailed info a possible will be welcomed. they have recorded cds, and so have i. this is easey because in media player there is avisable opption for copying or burning cds. there is no visable opption for burning or copying dvds.

You would be better of just going and getting NERO for making DVD see them go from $3 -40 bucks.

How did you get nero on the other PC?
