I heard Longhorn had stuff that spies on you to see if your downloading stuff you shouldn't be downloading. I donno if its a rumor.

Microsoft wouldn't put anything to spy on you lol. They may, however, have a feature that could allow you to spy on everything your system is doing, like maybe your kids are doing something naughty? But it would be for personal use and Microsoft wouldn't have any idea or would care what you are doing.
