The error is code 7. Windows cannot complete, hit esc to exit" but during the start up other screens appear stating how the bios isnt installed etc. whats the problem?

well, could be a scratch. that used to happen to me but i cleaned it with a 'disc doctor' thing and it started to work again. its great for video games and stuff too.
