Default Windows has experienced an error.

Once in awhile I recieve an error upon start up, saying windows has experienced an issue and I just let it send the information. To rid me of this problem, should I just re-install windows? I'm using windows XP pro.

sounds like an error report. does it happen randomly or after youve been messing with your pc?
