Default Windows Experience Index base score

I am running Vista basic. I upgraded my RAM, when I went to check new Windows Experience Index base score, it shows that it is unrated. When I click the "Unrated Link", the "rate and improve your computers performance" screen does not have a "Update my score" link. Went to Microsoft communities to try and solve it, found a post with the same problem, but no solution. Bet one of you can help!
