Windows Defender? i think not

now, obviously, this is maleware, but i cant get rid of it

Nortan isent helpin much, i cant find it on my HDD, and ne time i delete it, it makes a copy back to the desktop within 5 secs.

Yeah that program is trash. I had it installed once, dman thing deleted programs that weren't even spam.
