windows 7 on virtual pc

how do i set up windows 7 on virtual pc 2007 sp1 becuase when i do it the task bar preview button doesn't work, and the games are slow and choppy

You aren't going to be able to run games through it. You would need a lot more powerful computer to run it full speed. Most servers that run virtual machines have multiple Xeon processors so they can dedicate a full processor to the virtual machine.

If you are wanting to run games in Windows 7, then you are going to want to either dual boot or install it as the only OS on your system.
