Default windows 7

Typing from it as I type. Pretty cools so far. Trying to get use to it as I have never used vista before. Have others tried it yet? If so, what do you guys think?

I'm currently signed up for testing both 32bit and 64bit versions of the beta now seen. Despite seeing some of the more used programs go on some older 98-XP are still going strong.

Gee? Now that I got 4gb on this thing only needs about 1gb.

Lol and it runs fine on 512 (unless you run the memory score thing)

I love it. I'll buy it the day it comes out.

Anyone else see what it does if you put a regular resolution on a wide-screen? It doesn't strech it out anymore. It puts up black bars so you can see everything and it not be blurry!

I've just downloaded it and I'm burning it to a disk right now. I'll give you my impressions later.

There is. I'm assuming this will be like Vista's beta where we had like a million threads about that too.

They are doing the same thing there but you first need to sign up for testing and have a live id before you can download either beta from the links. The links also provide a separate master product key at each download page.

The download links for both 32bit and 64bit releases are found at http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/e...dd353205.aspx#
