Default windows 64

i have just downloaded windows 64 bit and saved it to my desktop how do i put it on a CD to boot it, do you have to zip it and if so would winzip be able to zip it with winzip, and then what do i do to put it on disk.

no need to zip, just burn teh files onto a cd and boot. if not bootable make it.

what just copy from desktop then but it on disk thnx for the advanced help aswell as help b4 i aint good at burning.
