Windows 2007????

I have been looking at laptops on ebay for what seems like a decade now. and came across one which said it has windows 2007. is this vista, if so why has the bloke not said its vista or is there actually an operating system that is windows 2007? im thinking he might be mixed up with office 2007 or something as he is very vague on the specs of the machine. this is all that the advert says:

Yeah, there is no windows 2007, probably got it mixed up with office 2007.
