Angry window maximized ?

hi this is a silly question but could somone tell me how to make all my windows open fully maximized its just annoying when its like a little box lol thanks.

Just right click the program you want to open at full screen, goto properties > shortcut tab > then change run: to maximised

what about when i right click on a program on the desktop then propoties then find target that allways opens in a small window

The program that opens when you click find target is windows explorer, so do exactly the same with that, it should be in your strart menu so find it and right click it etc, its exactly the same.
