I'd like to reformat my computers but do not want to loose the music/pictures that are currently stored on the hard drives. I had heard something that you can store these things on a virtual hard drive with WinXP. I was woundering how much and how you could do this so that it would not be wiped out with a complete reformat. Any suggestions??? Thanks guys. -Jamie

I've never heard of Virtual Hard Drives, I've heard of CD-ROM Virtual Drives though, I've even used them. But Virtual Hard Drives... never, try searching google.

Download partition magic and make a partition and put the stuff in that then format.

I did that, Downloaded it from BitLord. It says that it comes with the CD Key but I cant find it. Ive checked all the readme's and text documents and there is nothing there to my knowledge. When I try to run it, it asks for the CD Key.

I have 1 hard-drive.

As for CD's, there are THOUSANDS of songs on these computers.

I always search Google before asking dumb questions :).

Thank ya much guys
