Win and Remore help

I have been trying to findout how to do Remote Desktop with my Win XP Pro system and no other Program.

And everybody tells me you can do it if both computers have Win XP Pro.

But I want to know then how did all these people Hack Ino Computers years ago???

What I meen is everybody had differant systems and people usto Hack into them all the time.

So why can't I just do Remote Desktop with just my Win XP Pro??

OK even this told me everything I am doing will work but I have to be on a Network like a campony.

Then I can do it.

But me and my Aunt are not in a compony we are at are houmes and connected to the internet????????????
