Default Will this work?

Ok so I just bought a Peltier cooler and some thermal adhesive and a coldplate without thinking my idea through I was planning on using the thermal adhesive to glue the hot side of the peltier to a heatsink with a fan on the top(stock am3+ heatsink) and putting the cold side directly on my cpu, Ive came to the conclusion that this will create condensation since it gets to subzero temps, and Im not realy looking for subzero temps, just like 10-15c, so Im wondering it theres a way to undervolt(I think thats the term) it so it doest cool down as much. Any respones are appreciated

EDIT: I just realized I posted this in the wrong section, If a mod would move would be great
