will video card work with motherboard

im building a computer and im realy not that sure about some things like does the video card need to have the same chipset as the motherboard. here is a link to both the motherboard and the video card please tell me if it will work or if there is a better option for a mother board (intel Pentium 4 3.0E Prescott 800MHz FSB 1MB L2 Cache Socket 478 Processor-cpu)(OCZ EL Platinum Revision 2 1GB (2 x 512MB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Unbuffered DDR 400 (PC 3200) Dual Channel Kit System Memory-ram). thnx for any help

Yes, those cards will work. Because if you read the motherboard specs. it says that it has an AGP 8x/4x slot and those graphics cards are AGP 8x.
 
thnx for the help but is that a good motherboard for a kinda gaming rig

kinda gaming rig-i want to run hl2 and doom3 at full specs but i still want to run normal stuff well.
