Will these parts work and support Vista

I am looking to upgrade my computer. This time I hope to acctually do it instead of just think about it.
I am looking at the following

After looking it all over I think it will run together and support Vista. But I want to be sure. I am keeping my current hard drives, cd drives, and floppy drive because they still work great. Is there anything I am forgetting? Thanks for any advice!

You will need to get a dvd drive to install Vista. Also, make sure your monitor has dvi. Otherwise, it should run Vista great.

I have a DVD drive and my monitor has a DVI input. Also, will this be noticeably faster than a AMD Athlon XP 1800 with 1 GB of memory?

may i recomend a intel core 2 duo
and 2 gigs of ram
(if u do any gaming get a better card)

One of my main uses for this computer will be for movie editing using Pinnacle Studio 9 Plus. Right now my computer is not good enough to record high quality video.
