Will this RAM work with the motherboard?

Hello,

Will this ram work with the ASUS P6X58D-E motherboard?

Is it a good RAM and motherboard combo for overclocking an i7 920 CPU?

I want to buy 3 sticks since it seems like the max the motherboard can support is 24 GB.

It's not on the memory support list, but I can't see any reason why it wouldn't work, it matches the requirements of the board.
