First, I would like to thank you all for your advices and time.

So basically lets get this straight.

Case: NZXT M59-001BK M59 Gaming Mid Tower Case
Motherboard: ECS GF8200A Motherboard v1.0
CPU: AMD Phenom X4 9650 Quad Core
Video Card: MSI R4550-MD1GH Radeon HD 4550 1GB 64-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX
RAMS: 2 x 1 GB Samsung (Previous Computer) With the NEW G.SKILL 2 x 1 GB
PSU : Still Deciding

And the rest I can insert using my previous laptop like I/O, DVD Drive, Sound Card, Tv Turner, Interal HDD?

Also for Budget Wise which Graphic card is better:

Or the current one I put on the top?

Get a 4650 or 4670 (GDDR3) if you plan to do any gaming. Way better card.

A 450-500w PSU will be plenty here.

The 4670 will be at the least 60% faster, almost doubling the performance of the 4650 in many games.

No problem. Thats a nice rig for the cost. Are you buying now? Those combo deals never last.

You still need a heatsink though.

Considering that, you might want to go athlon II 620. It will be a bit faster.

EDIT:

This is a good combo deal that does come with a heatsink. http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...809&CatId=2621
