Default Will this be much of an improvement? New PC

A few days a go my HDD packed in. I thought intead of just getting a new HDD, maybe its time to upgrade. This is my cuurent spec

Vista Ultimate, Pentium 4 HT 3.7ghz, 1.5GB DDR 400mz, nVidia GeForce 7300GT 512MB.

Will this spec be much better and worth the money:

Thanks

I'd have to get a new mobo, current is AGP 8x, basically a new PC. Also I'd love to have the GTX, but its so much money. Thanks for the replies.

OK, might be week or two though before I finally decide on what I would like.

That's great. If you're thinking of getting the E6750, then get the E8200 though. The 9600GT is a great price to performance card.
