Should be expecting high performance from that sucker. AMD phenom II cpu's are rated up there. expecially with 4 gb ram and 3.2 ghz and quad core

If your asking about frames, one of those video cards will run most games.. let alone two..

You should expect some decent performance - you'll be able to run most games on at least high. I don't know about the speed of the RAM.... but that probably wouldn't have a VAST impact.

I use ddr2, am2+ socket, and a 9800gt and i run most things on high no problem, so you will defiantly be fine.
