Will this card fit?

I am getting this graphics card and I don't know if it will fit in my computer.

I know that the connection is right but I'm not sure about the physical size.

This is my motherboard and the big black is the one that I will be using.

Notice how close this slot is to the PCI slot below it. Is this a problem or will I be fine?

It appears that the graphics card is only 1 slot wide so you shouldn't have a problem. I wouldn't put anything in the pci slot below it though just to allow for air circulation.
