yeah, that will. if you were to throw a good cooler on that CPU you can overclock it alot also, the 6600 is well known for its overclocking to 3.0ghz easily. GPU is good i've heard alot of good stuff from them, the ram is good and same with the motherboard

just throw a aftermarket cooler on it and you should be good for a couple more ghz. let these other guy's recommend you a good cooler because i have really used any good ones so far. nice build though, i know i wouldent mind it for a gaming rig at all cept the ram i kind of prefer 2 gig sticks lol

did someone say good heatsinks?
heres some good ones, everyone says the tuniq is the best
Tuniq Tower 120 Universal CPU Cooler 120mm Cooling Fan and Fan Controler/Heatsink
XIGMATEK HDT-S1283 120mm Rifle CPU Cooler
OCZ OCZTVEND2 120mm Rifle CPU Cooler

Ranked from best to lower.
Tuniq 120 Tower, OCZ Vendetta 2, XIGMATEK HDT-S1283
But these coolers are pretty big, its best if you got some room, and a big enough case.
i dont know if the fact that the board is micro atx would cause any problem with these coolers.
