ok, so my little brother annoys the shit out of me by plaing mother f*cking runescape.
all f*cking day.
so i was thinking, just thinking, new comp just for runescape.
?
so i went to newegg and am looking at nice parts.
benq cd burner.
15 dollar case, looks better than the one i got now.
sunbeam 450watt psu.
WD 40gb ide.
artic silver 5
256ram
celeron d 2.13ghz
PC CHIPS P25G (V3.0) mobo
logitech interent pro keyboard
and some 5 dollar crap-o mouse.
k, not bad for internet and runescape.
and not bad for 250 dollars... (holy crap, 40 dollar shipping, rip off)
then there is a problem. getting internet, i have a dlink router, getting a wire up to my bro's room would be really hard.
wifi...expensive, ya, but it could work.

that is cool, but idk, would a wifi card work with linux?
i am thinking ubuntu, i hear that is the best.
i see these usb and pci slot adapters but they all have a cd to install them with, and those cd's are for xp i would assume not linux.
the reason i choose linux is cuz it is free. and because i hear linux can use the best of a slow system, for instance if i got 100 dollar xp on here...well that would be one of the slowest comp's alive. my friend has a 98 disk, he would lend me, i hear u can install 98 as many times as u want and it will go for u....but idk, linux looks sweet!
so is it possible to get a wifi setup on linux?
