Bh-5's are discontinued. Its time to move onto DDR2.

They are already working on DDR3

Anything with OCZ is good, but I would recommend PC 3500...safe OC and no frying...I love it...or if you want more power, get PC 4000

they are WORKING on it. But the M2 is using DDR2, and its due next spring so RAM companies are working on some high end DDR2.
