Default why xms??

why is the corsair xms series so good? i mean the speed is ddr 400 (pc3200) jus like the other ones. i cant find the cas latency of this module
CMX512-3200


wuts cas latency?? most of the ddr2 memories have a high cas latency.

XMS is not RAM i would recommend. I would either go with G.Skill since they are the ones that ACTUALLY use Samsung TCCD when they say so. The XMS series probably uses some cheap TCC5 crap.

It says TCCD if you look down in the spec area:

THey are virtually the same. Get the OCZ Performance one because it's cheaper.

That was my original choice, but i saw the XMS and thought, that looks good too.

its a type of RAM that Samsung makes and it OC's like a mofo and it like voltage ranging from 2.7-2.9v. It likes loose timings about DDR400.
