Did you uninstall the old video card drivers before installing the new card and then install new drivers after installing the HD 4350?

Here's a nifty little app that will do a nice job of removing your video card drivers: Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

I really don't see why it matters, if the card it able to do what you want, who cares what windows rates it?
