Default Why do I keep getting this reading on my computer

When I turn my computer on it will get to the Windows Xp screen then I alway's get this messege "Windows cannot load the locally stored profile. Possible causes of this error include insufficient security rights or a corrupt local profile. If this problem persists, contact your network administrator". Could someone please tell me how do I fix this problem. Thank's
