that costs close to what I paid for mine...and it has 2GB ram in it...ahaha though its not even 800 :-( i forget what it is...

but overclocking is needed to achieve it. There is no way you will get those speeds through dividers alone.

The highest clocks with DDR2 is roughly 1300mhz, but thats with 2.6+V and WILL degrade your RAM no matter what cooling you have. After one week, your sticks will not run at those setting you will slowly have to down clock them over time, you will won't see any 1333mhz sticks. But theoretically, you only need DDR2-667 to run 1:1 with the 1333mhz FSB Xeons.
Actually, you're right. I've een DDRIII-1333, but the DDRII is just plain pushed to limits.
