You could always check your BIOS for CPU temp. I don't know if it has the option for GPU temps in there, but other software like Everest Ultimate has that feature too. There's a free trial for that, but it use to be free.

I use pc wizard 06 to monitor my temps.

It is very easy to setup and use. Plus it has a bunch of other goodies.

I'll try to find it again, but the coolest temp my Prescott was, aircooled, was 29C.

Of the programs ive used i like EVEREST the best.

My temps are CPU = 40 C AMD opteron 165 1.8GHZ overclocked to 2.7 GHZ @ stock voltage (a bit faster than the FX60 with the stock cooler)

Videocard = 35 Idle 50C under load X800 GTO2, Unlocked to 16Pipes - overclocked to X850 XT PE speeds (540 Core 580 Memory)

cpu:
p4 3.0ghz northwood. (running at 3.5Ghz)
idle ~43C
using zalman cnps 7700 or something like that.

These are my idle and full 100%Load temps Idle-25C, and Load-42Cish

Thats on the stock air cooling!

Its a little higher now cuz i ghetto rigged some swiffer pads for filters on my side intakes so it slowed down my airflow a bit
