where to get outlook express?

i tried microsoft site, windows update, where the hell do i get the newest version of outlook express email for windows xp??

It should come with windows. If not installed, it should be under Add Remove programs.(windows components)

comes with IE , download IE6 from Microsoft, if you have XP goto Add remove programs click on compnents and add it

every thing is updated on my service pack 2 windows xp except for this outlook express. Even my internet explorer is version 6, latest one with pop-up thing included. It says 2002 version in outlook express. And i just tried add remove windows compenents, i selected outlook express, it said and nothing happened after the install. Its still the exact same 2002 version of outlook

nevermind i got it, i had to change the email program from microsoft outlook to outlook express in internet explorer properties. thanks for helping
